It's a movement from the specific to the general, from things organized to those disorganized, and - based upon what we see with Twices - a movement from frustrating "plans" to peaceful happenstance. It's a state of ever-developing potentials, of universal flowering (as we see in the artwork above), and - as the EP tells us in its title - a time of "morning favours." A time when anything might still come to pass.
